If we are informed of any scheduled maintenance or pool closures, we will notify guests in advance. ➤ Maximum Capacity: 10 guests (property enforces a strict limit of up to 9 adults and 1 child only) ➤ Kindly sign rental agreement and submit check-in form, including soft copies of all guests' passports at least 24 hours before check-in (or upon booking for last-minute reservations). ➤ Early check-in/late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability, with an additional charge of AED 100 per hour. ➤ Respect the check-out time, as late check-outs without prior approval will incur additional fee of AED 300 per hour. ➤ Please ensure all access cards are returned to avoid a replacement fee of AED 700 per card. ➤ Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
