The spaces, extending for 110 square meters, allow you to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people (and even more, adding extra beds on request) thanks to the comfortable sofa/double bed in the bright living room. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort, with a refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, induction cooktop and a table with 6 chairs. You will also find everything you need to feel at home, including pots, plates, glasses, cutlery and a coffee machine with pods. In addition, you will have the pleasure of tasting our olive oil, the result of our family traditions that will make your dishes rich in Sicilian flavors. The bathroom is a real gem, with a spacious shower and a comfortable armchair to devote moments of relaxation and personal care. You will also find a hairdryer and a full set of towels for each guest. The laundry room is well equipped with a washing machine, a sink, and a drying rack, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay. Guest access Guests can use the entire interior space of the house. The garden, on the other hand, is shared with any other guests of the other two houses. In fact, the entire structure is composed of 3 houses that all overlook the same garden. Other things to note There is a regional tourist tax of €2.00 per guest per day.
