Approved by Pennington County License #: COVHRLIC24-0002 The space Enter the home at ground level, where you’ll find the dining, kitchen, and living room areas, along with a full bathroom. The living room also includes a futon, which may be used as additional sleeping space if needed. On the upper level, you’ll find two bedrooms, an additional full bathroom, and laundry units. The primary bedroom offers extra space that can be used as a reading nook or office and also includes a futon for additional sleeping space. The second bedroom features a flexible layout with pocket doors that close off an area containing a twin bed and trundle bed, providing added privacy and versatility. Relax and unwind while enjoying the soothing sounds of the creek from the house, patio, or fire pit area. The property features both a gas fire pit and a wood-burning fire pit for year-round enjoyment. Take in the beautiful canyon views and breathe in the fresh Black Hills air. This centrally located property is just minutes from hiking and biking trails, approximately 36 miles from the ski slopes, and offers easy access to the many attractions throughout the Black Hills. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. ****Garage access is only available for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally upon request. Other things to note Outdoor fire pit use must be approved and is based on the National Forest Service Fire Index. Food services are available upon request, ranging from grocery delivery to prepared meals made with locally sourced ingredients. Please inquire for more details! We ask guests to assist with moving the garbage dumpster to the highway if the pick-up date is during your stay. If you are unable, please let us know and we can assist.
