There is a master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bath. A second bedroom had a queen bed and a third bedroom has 4 twin bunk beds arranged in an "L" to maximize floor space. Each bedroom has its own mini split unit and TV. Off the back of the house is a deck with table, seating and a gas grill. There is a full kitchen, full fridge, gas/electric hybrid oven and stove, toaster oven/air fryer, microwave, dishwasher and the livingroom also has a mini split and cozy gas fireplace which is easily controlled by the switch in front of it. The community has lake, beach and pool (these amenities are available seasonally). For Skiing/Tubing!!! After booking you will be supplied with a Short Term Rental form for the community. This is necessary to receive your welcome packet which will contain vehicle passes(which are necessary for parking and use of the trash services) as well as your wristbands (up to 8) which give you and your guests access to the amenities like pool, beach and lake.
