As long as food and trash are secured, they’ll simply wander by and continue on their way. ⚠️Winter Driving Note❄️: During winter months, 4WD/AWD is strongly recommended for safe and comfortable access, as mountain roads can be snowy or icy. We do our best to have the driveway plowed, but weather can change quickly and conditions may vary. Occasionally, if a previous guest hasn’t followed proper usage guidelines, we may need to drain, clean, and refill the hot tub before your stay for health and safety reasons 🧼🦠. If this happens, please note that it may take until the evening of your first night (or slightly longer, depending on the weather) for the water to fully heat back up 🔥🌙. We totally get that guests look forward to relaxing in the hot tub, and we only perform this maintenance when absolutely necessary to ensure a clean and safe experience for everyone 💧👍. 📌For transparency, please know that our hot tub is professionally serviced after every reservation, and our tech team sends us time-stamped photos once the cleaning and servicing is completed — we keep those photos on file to confirm it’s been properly cleaned and ready for each new guest. Lastly, if you request any additional hot tub cleaning/service during your stay (outside of our standard post-checkout service), it will come with an additional fee and will be billed to the guest. __________________________________________________________________________ SECURITY CAMERAS / AUDIO RECORDING DEVICES: ● The property has 2 security cameras. Both are on the exterior of the home and in plain view.
