The space • The apartment is cozy, modern and comfortable. • It is bright and has high ceilings. • It has a large terrace overlooking the Marina. • The bedrooms are comfortable with 1 bedroom with a king size bed, another bedroom with a queen size bed, and a double fold-out sofa bed in the living room. • The kitchen is well equipped, and has a barbecue on the terrace. • It has a water heater, washer and dryer. Guest access Buenaventura is the most luxurious beach and golf resort on the Pacific Riviera of Panama. It has 24-hour security. The apartment has free parking for 1 vehicle. The development has a pool area. In addition, you can access the Puntarena Beach Club, which has access to the beach and pools. Buenaventura has restaurants, exclusive stores, shops, a zoo and endless activities. For an additional cost, you can use the Sports Club which has Spa, Tennis Court and Gym, and you can receive personal Golf lessons at the Golf Club. Other things to note • 5 minutes from the Buenaventura complex you will find supermarkets, hardware stores. • Coronado is 40 minutes away, where you can find several supermarkets, restaurants, bars with live music, health centers, dentistry, hairdressing, hardware store, a number of basic services. • Penonomé is also 40 minutes away, where you can also find supermarkets, restaurants, a hospital, dentistry and hardware stores, among others. • Check-in is at 11 am. • Check-out is at 5 pm. • Check-in is completely independent. We'll leave the keys in a lockbox at the apartment entrance. • No pets allowed SPECIAL NOTE: If you are going to use the Barbecue, there is an additional fee of $50 that includes the full gas cylinder, and the cleaning of the barbecue. There is no way to add this as a fee on Airbnb so if you are going to use the barbecue, please tell us before your arrival, and we will have it ready for you. Payment can be made by Yappy or bank transfer if you have an account at a Panamanian bank. If not, you can leave the cash on the table. This service IS NOT MANDATORY.
