Relax in the Garden Suite

Nestled in the Kauaeranga Valley, our ground level Garden Suite; living, bedroom and ensuite is ready for you. A shared entrance leads to your private wing. The kitchenette has a toaster, jug, microwave and fridge. Homemade muesli, tea and locally roasted coffee provided. The comfortable bed has quality linen. 4kms along the road is the Coromandel Forest Park, DOC Centre, the superb Pinnacles walk, and great swimming holes. Enjoy the starry nights. A trundler bed or portacot are available. The space The living room comprises the kitchenette, a dining space and easy chairs for relaxing. There is no TV so bring your iPad. Double doors open onto a courtyard area for you to enjoy the garden and outdoors at the end of the day. All cutlery, crockery, glasses and utensils are supplied in the kitchenette. There is a microwave but no stove. There are numerous eating options for dinner in Thames - about 12 minutes drive away. Guest access The Garden Suite is for your use only. The home entrance is shared and provides access to your suite. The entrance door and the Garden Suite door have locks for privacy and safety. Other things to note As we live in the country we use roof tank water. When taps are used in the house or Garden Suite the pump in the garage will activate. You will hear a noise from this. It is not loud, however given the silence at our place (most of the time) the pump is noticeable. Our water supply is filtered roof water. We have a black cat called Sassie.
