Our charming beach apartment located in the Pacific of Panama City, in a quiet and relaxing environment, will be an exquisite getaway by the sea and the mountains. The space Newly opened apartment, spacious and beautifully decorated with all the comforts to make you feel at home. Fully-equipped kitchen, cozy living room with sofa bed and private balcony with dining room to enjoy the sunsets, overlooking the beach and the mountains. The apartment has (2) bedrooms. In the master bedroom you will find: (1) KING bed, (1) desk and work chair, A/C, TV and private bathroom. In the secondary bedroom: (1) Queen bed, TV, A/C and direct access door to the balcony. Guest access Upon arrival, each guest must present an ID and validate their information at the complex's security booth. They will be provided with a bracelet that must be worn during the stay. Access to the accommodation is autonomous. The access code will be provided one day before the start of the reservation. You have access to the complex's amenities such as a swimming pool, children's games, beach chairs, and beach activities. In addition, within the complex there are restaurants, a shop with basic items, all within walking distance. You can design and customize your experience according to your tastes and those of your companions. We guide you in all the additional activities you can do, such as: - Surf Lessons. - Kite Surfing Lessons. - Hiking tours to Cerro Chame. - Visit to Otoqué and Boná islands. - Whale watching (depending on the season). - and much more. You can consult us and we'll take care of coordinating the options that are of interest to you. Additionally, if you require shuttle service from Panama City, you can contact us and we'll share options with you. Other things to note Please note that Playa Caracol is a new project and construction is being carried out in different stages. Additionally, the entrance to the complex from the main avenue (Inter-American highway) is approximately 20 minutes away. We recommend that you bring everything you need, such as drinks and food, for your stay. It is advisable to bring the water you will consume for personal use. Additionally, there may be a power outage. We have placed an emergency lamp in the kitchen area in case this happens. Don't forget to bring mosquito repellent and sunblock, as well as aqua shoes for the beach.
