You'll find no other property or house like this charming multi-level private home in the woods with amazing views of the mountains and Ogden Valley. Its sleeping levels are divided by the main floor for maximum privacy. The huge Master Bedroom is on the Upper Level. It has a king bed, wood-burning stove, large walk-in closet, and attached full bath with a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. There's also a large Loft on the Upper Level, with a futon couch that pulls out to sleep two, another full Bathroom, and a gorgeous "woodworker's dream" Wet Bar, lovingly built by the original owner, a master craftsman. The Main Level contains the Living Room w/ another wood- burning stove, a 4K HD 55" Samsung smart TV, an attached, cozy Media/Library Nook with another TV, the Kitchen and Dining areas, a Guest Bathroom (1/2), and full, separate Laundry/Mud room. Both the front entrance and garage connect to the Main Level. The Lower Level has three good-sized Bedrooms and one 3/4 Bathroom with a shower. One Bedroom has a queen, one a full-size bed, and one has twin beds (trundle style). Please note there are no bedrooms accessible without stairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve. The dining table seats six. Additional seating is available upon request. There are tables/chairs outside on the decks, as well. The separate laundry room has a washer and dryer, plus built-ins for sorting/folding. There is even a separate laundry closet which connects to the laundry shoot in the master bedroom closet upstairs. There is a TWO-CAR garage with an interior entrance into the house. The house (not including the extensive decking) is 3,000 sq ft. All bedding, linens and towels provided. Our local caretaker will personally check you in, show you around, as well as give you our personalized house and area guide so you can get settled quickly. Both Owner and Caretaker are available to help if any problems/questions arise. If you're interested in maid service, we can arrange for this. Under normal conditions, we are 15 minutes away from world-class Powder Mountain Ski Resort and 25 minutes from Snow Basin Ski Resort. We are walking distance to Nordic Valley Ski Resort (kids, new skiers, snowboarders, night skiing), as well as close to Pineview Reservoir (water sports, fishing) and hiking. During warmer weather, outdoor dining/seating is available, and you can walk down to a running creek at lower end of the property. Trees surround the entire area. It is so peaceful and quiet. The fall colors are terrific. Please note this is a not a "party house". While secluded, our home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood, and is meant for those who will treasure its beauty and serenity, respect the neighbors, and care for it as if their own. This home would be an excellent choice for families, friends, ski trips, "flexcations", outdoor adventurers -- or for those who just want a true, relaxing escape in the mountains without the noise and bustle of condo life or the larger developments.
