The space At Bonanza in the Desert you'll find everything you need for a relaxing stay with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Primary bedroom is a private sanctuary with a King bed and a convenient en-suite bathroom, while the two additional bedrooms each offer a cozy Queen bed. We've ensured the house is fully equipped so you don't have to worry about a thing, providing all linens, bath and pool towels and essential toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Step outside to your private oasis, where you can unwind by the pool or soak in the views of Joshua Trees from the patio. The surroundings provide a peaceful retreat, while still being conveniently close to local attractions and activities. Explore nearby hiking trails, visit local markets, or take a short drive to great local restaurants and shops. Other things to note • OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Professionally managed by Hi-Desert Dwellings • RENTAL AGREEMENT There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation • POOL Currently, the pool is not heated so if you are booking this home in the colder months, please be aware of this. Usually in the summer the pool will be better 70s- mid 80s. • OUTSIDE MUSIC Any and all amplified outside music is not allowed per the county code. We do not supply any speakers and we do not allow any speakers at the property. • PETS Pets are not allowed at this property. • DIRECTIONS GPS should bring you easily to the property • ROAD TO THE HOUSE The road to the house is all paved. • A/C & Heater Bonanza is cooled and heated by central heating and air conditioning through the house and a mini split in the large bedroom with two beds to keep you comfortable all year long. • POOL - legal Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above.
