* Please read full description about the space - THIS IS A DUPLEX this apartment is FULLY PRIVATE but attached to another small suite by shared walls* *12 Min from Downtown Wilmington and 15 Min from Wrightsville Beach* A convenient drive to just about anywhere in Wilmington. Recently renovated space offers a very chic & modern kitchen, new shower, cozy bedroom space & more! The space (( Great for small getaways/romantic weekend trips/ birthday R&R/wedding guests - attendees •perfect for a 2-7 night stay•)) We Do Not Recommend this Stay if: -Sharing a wall is uncomfortable to you.This listing is COMPLETELY closed off but is a DUPLEX. If you are looking for a traditional Airbnb experience we would love to have you. If you are looking for extra privacy we suggest booking an entire apartment or cottage. -The shower is a full soaking tub with a rainfall shower head. The drain is slower than a typical drain as the piping line under the house was not the standard size and could not be replaced without completely drilling the entire concrete below the entire house. Unfortunately, this means the water is slower when draining and may be a slight annoyance. We are sorry for the trouble, but there is no clog just a weird situation we cannot fix. -You dislike the sounds of an adjoining private unit. You can tell when the shower is running because the pipes can be heard during use in the other half of the duplex. It’s not an intrusion or nuisance but definitely something you’ll notice. In addition to the possibility of the other unit’s door potentially being heard when opening and closing since their entry-hall shares a wall with the living room. Furnishings Include: -Coffee bar! Ninja coffee maker and kettle are available for use, including all the essentials -Keypad entry to your private apartment. -Several amenities provided to make you feel at home. -A hanging stations with a couple hangers to hang garments. -Queen sized bed with extra fresh pillows. - A kitchen space with an oven, air fryer, toaster, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. -Tiled shower with full soaking tub and rainfall shower system. -Fresh and extra towels and blankets provided. -WIFI, Netflix, free Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Apple TV are included. Firestick with other app log-ins available (no cable). -Ceiling fan -Small laptop friendly counter top to eat or work at. -Guest use only - outdoor shower! Perfect for rinsing off after a beach day. Complete with rainfall shower head and handheld. ONLY AVAILABLE SEASONALLY DUE TO WEATHER - April to October . This is in addition to the shower located within the suite. Other things to note: The shades in the room are not black-out, but light filtering.
