Designed with families in mind, this kid-friendly retreat includes an assortment of toys, books, and games to keep little ones entertained, while brand-new memory foam mattresses, organic bedding, and a variety of pillows cater to even the pickiest sleepers. Plush blankets, oversized beach towels, premium toiletries, laundry detergent, and dish soap are all stocked for your convenience. For beach lovers, we’ve included eight beach chairs, a Shibumi shade, and boogie boards, so you can spend your days soaking up the sun without the hassle of extra packing. When you’re ready to explore, you'll find yourself within walking distance of Wrightsville Beach’s best restaurants, fishing piers, boat docks, and watersports. Prefer to venture further? Uber and Lyft operate on the island, making it easy to enjoy a night out on the Intracoastal Waterway or downtown Wilmington. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited on the property per HOA rules, and animals are not allowed. All you need to bring is your bathing suit and sunscreen—we’ve taken care of the rest! Guest access The entire unit, porches, laundry room, and outdoor shower are available for your use. The key to the outdoor shower is hanging by the entrance. Please ensure the shower and the slider doors are locked when you leave the house. In light of the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented additional cleaning guidelines to ensure the highest possible safety standards for our guests. In addition to following the CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces, we are also taking the following steps to keep the condo as sanitary as possible for your stay. Rest assured that your health and safety are very important to us in the way we run our property. Please keep in mind that this is our family’s second home, and we sleep here frequently. We are taking extra steps to ensure your safety and the health of our visitors as well as our own. The cleaning crew will wear gloves, and use bleach-based products and other products recommended by the CDC to kill germs. All common use items will be disinfected, including doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, faucet handles, and the like. Additionally, we will spray Lysol on all upholstered furnishings and rugs to kill additional germs. All bedding and towels, including blankets, sheets, and mattress pads, will be laundered using hot water after every use. Should you choose to bring your own pillows, linens, and blankets, you are welcome to do so. Just let us know in advance. We will continue doing as we always have, providing hand soap, dish soap, dishwashing pods, and laundry detergent for your use. Parking: Guests may park up to two vehicles in the garage labeled 14B and one additional vehicle in the gravel lot. Parking rules in Wrightsville Beach are strictly enforced, so please ensure all vehicles are parked in designated areas to avoid fines or towing. Community Rules: To maintain a peaceful environment, we ask that all guests respect our full-time neighbors and adhere to community guidelines. Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited on the property per our Homeowners Association rules. Violations will result in a $500 fine plus any additional cleaning fees required. Short-Term Rental Liability Waiver By completing this booking, guest acknowledges and agrees to the following terms regarding the use of the 10th-floor balcony and rooftop deck: 1. Assumption of Risk: Guest understands that the use of the balcony and rooftop deck involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falling, slipping, and other potential hazards. Guest assumes full responsibility for their safety and the safety of all members of their party. 2. Release of Liability: Guest agrees that the property owner, co-hosts, and management team are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur during their stay, whether inside the unit, on the balcony, or the rooftop deck. 3. Supervision & Responsibility: Guest is solely responsible for ensuring that all individuals, including children and visitors, exercise caution and follow all safety guidelines. No children or intoxicated persons should be left unattended on the balcony or rooftop deck. 4. Prohibited Activities: - No climbing, sitting, or leaning over balcony/rooftop railings. - No roughhousing on these areas. - No unauthorized modifications, decorations, or objects hanging over railings. No more than 4 people allowed on the rooftop deck at any time. 5. Acknowledgment & Agreement: By proceeding with this booking, guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver, releasing the property owner, co-hosts, and management from any liability.
