For groups of 11–16, Airbnb automatically adds a $25 fee per person, per night. For additional guests beyond 16 (up to 24), we will send a separate request for the same $25 rate after booking, as Airbnb's system cannot process counts over 16. The property features a spacious backyard and direct river access, which are shared among the three houses on the premises. Please be mindful of other guests on the property and respect quiet hours to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone. Other things to note The bunk room is well equipped with 4 queen beds (configured as 2 bunk beds) + a sofa bed. This space will be cozy for adults, while children love being all in one room together. Enjoy fresh linens and bath towels during your stay. We provide hand soaps, bath soaps, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience. Start your day with coffee or tea—our Keurig machine comes with a variety of coffee pods. A washer and dryer are available in the unit for your use. OTHER GUIDELINES/ PROPERTY RULES: This home is located in a peaceful countryside setting, which means you’ll be surrounded by nature. During the warmer months, it’s normal to encounter insects such as flies, mosquitoes, or other bugs. We take proactive steps to minimize this by treating the property regularly; however, we cannot guarantee a completely bug-free environment. If you’re sensitive to this, we recommend bringing any personal repellents or remedies that help you stay comfortable. Please note that the property is shared with other houses on the premises. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of nature, respect our neighbors, and maintain the tranquility of the neighborhood.
