This home away from home beauty of a beach vacation rental is comfortable, clean, and adorned with new furniture and appliances. 9th and Tiffany is only a short walk (.35 miles) from the brilliant shores of the Atlantic Ocean. Golf carts are allowed on this property. With a golf cart rental available close by, driving along the back roads of Ocean Drive will quickly get you to the beach and other close fun spots to enjoy. There are several beach access areas close by, some within walking distance of this rental. This home comfortably sleeps 10. On the main level (top floor) of this North Myrtle Beach rental is the open kitchen, dining, and living area. The new kitchen is equipped with all new appliances, an island, cookware, utensils, etc. necessary to prepare your favorite meals. The dining table seats 6 and there are 4 stools at the kitchen island. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and access to the covered front porch that stretches across the front of the entire home; perfect for morning coffee, afternoon drinks, and maybe a peaceful vacation nap. The front porch has ceiling fans, seating for 8, and has balcony railing. There is a master suite on this floor with a king bed, Smart TV, and a master bath with a walk-in shower. On the lower floor are the other two bedrooms. This master suite has a king bed, Smart TV, and bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The other bedroom has a queen bed, full size bed, Smart TV, and bathroom with tub and shower combination. Also on this floor is the washer and dryer. WiFi is free. An outside shower with a hose is available for rinsing off after a day at the beach. This family rental property is located in a quiet, residential community. Groups or house parties are NOT allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced. Any violation will result in eviction. Other things to note Check-In: 4pm through 6pm. (June through August). Please do not go to the property before checking in with our office. Keep in mind that it is difficult for us to prepare every property between 10am and 4pm. Upon completion of housekeeping services and inspection, your rental will be released to you SOMETIME between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. A TEXT will be made to your cell phone number on file to inform you that you can proceed to the pick-up location to get your packet with keys, parking passes, pool bands, and all information necessary for your vacation stay. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR RENTAL WILL BE AVAILABLE AT 4:00 PM. There is never a promise of early check-in; guaranteed check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. After you have checked in and arrived at your rental, if you should discover that your unit has not been cleaned or has damages, please report it to our office right away. All efforts to resolve the problem will be made immediately. Please do not wait until check-out to inform us of any problems that may have existed. Our staff has the right to enter a property for repairs and inspections (if necessary) when a service call is made. If a renter refuses entry after a service call is made, the renter may be held responsible for service call fees. CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is at 10:00 am. There are no exceptions.
