Any damages will be charged additionally and if there is any major damage, we will report it to Airbnb. 1. Location and transportation: Our villas are located on a hillside in Chaweng. We recommend using a car or motorbike to access the property. We will be happy to help arrange this if you wish. 2. Electricity: We charge a separate electricity fee of 9 THB per kilowatt hour. We ask for a security deposit upon check-in. We recommend that you set your air conditioning to 23-25 ​​°C. 3. Cleaning and bed linen: We will charge a cleaning fee directly to Airbnb upon check-out. Any cleaning during your stay will be charged 1,000 THB plus a general laundry and bed linen fee (50 THB/kg). These additional costs will be charged separately by the guest. For stays of 1 month or more, we offer 2 free cleaning services per month (towels, bed sheets and amenities). These additional charges will be charged separately. 4. Towels Provided: We provide 1 set of towels for guests: face towels, hand towels, bath towels and pool towels. 5. Guest Registration and Overnight Stays: Only registered guests from the original booking are allowed to stay overnight. Guests who do not register for an overnight stay will be charged an additional 500 THB per night. 6. Identification Requirements for Thai Immigration: All foreigners (not overseas residents) must submit a copy of their passport and visa during or prior to check-in as per TM30. Thai nationals must provide a copy of their national ID card. 7. Quiet Accommodation: Our villas are located in a quiet residential community. We ask that guests refrain from making loud noises or having parties to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. 8. Alley Dog Feeding Policy: We do not encourage guests to feed dogs in the alley. 9. Some Transportation Options: Access to our hillside location requires a car or motorbike. Taxis are available upon request for convenience.
