A 3 bedroom home with office just a short walk to the beach! Lovingly restored and decorated to make you feel right at home. Nice and warm in the winter and air conditioned in the summer. First floor entry in an enclosed porch where you can store your bikes, ski equipment, shoes, boots or anything else you need to keep under cover. Roomy, galley kitchen connected to your dining and living space make this an easy way to be together. Backyard has grill area,table and chairs and a great firepit. The space Three season porch with a wide screen tv and plenty of beach toys ,chairs, a beach blanket, a cooler and a wagon to get everything to the beach which is only about 100 steps away from the property. Plenty of games and puzzles to play on rainy days. Also there are two paddle boards to use on the shared beach. All linens are included as well as extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs If skiing is what you are looking for our house is 25 minutes to Gunstock 40 minutes to Loon 45 minutes to Cannon 55 minutes to Bretton Woods Also plenty of shopping at the Tilton outlets which are 5 minutes away Guest access there is parking out front for three cars Other things to note if you need to check in after 9pm please let us know and we can make arrangements also if there is anything special you may need just let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you.
