At Eucalypt Escape by Tiny Away, you get to experience the perfect tiny house Victoria getaway in the countryside of Coimadai, tucked away off a gravel road amidst wattle and eucalypt trees. This peaceful retreat offers a space to unwind, explore the outdoors, and appreciate the local wildlife. You might encounter kangaroos, wallabies, and koalas, along with cockatoos and kookaburras, and don’t forget to look out for soaring wedge-tailed eagles. The space Eucalypt Escape by Tiny Away is located in the peaceful countryside of Coimadai, known for its scenic rural landscapes and close proximity to outdoor activities such as hiking and exploring local parks. The retreat sits on a gently sloping hill, nestled among beautiful gum and wattle trees—just 47 minutes from Ballarat and 55 minutes from Melbourne. Enjoy your private space, complete with a fire pit and BBQ at the front of the tiny house. Nearby, the rural town of Bacchus Marsh, you'll find breathtaking attractions such as Lerderderg State Park and Werribee Gorge State Park, both perfect for outdoor adventure. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower. IMPORTANT NOTE: The land host's house is 50 meters from the tiny house, with ample trees providing privacy. Guest access Guests will have access to the tiny house and can explore the surrounding area. Please use the designated walking paths on our property and stay on these trails to avoid trespassing on neighbouring properties. - For firewood, we have plenty of kindling collected from the ground. Wood for burning will be available for purchase. Lighters or matches will be provided for an extra cost. Other things to note - Gas BBQ Grill is available - Drinkable Water Tap; Filtered and Clean - TELSTRA has a good signal; the rest has no signal - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - No open fires and BBQ grills allowed during fire season - No smoking allowed inside the tiny home, except at the gate of the property - In summer, snakes may be in the area. Safety policies will be provided before booking. - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $33 per pet, per stay is payable at check-in. Pets must be leashed at all times—full policy provided before booking. Important note: - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present. - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
