Vaeh Viean House is a newly renovated home that was converted from our family’s old commercial building. Located in the center of Bangkok, just a 5-minute walk to Surasak BTS. The space This unit is 23 sqm. This room operates via keycard, which also grants access to the building door and the room door. Vaeh Viean’s house has 5 floors, not including the rooftop. 1st floor is a shared living room, a co-kitchenette, and a small stone yard. 2nd - 5th floors are the rooms by each floor has two rooms, front and back. There is a small elevator that opens by pull handle. Guest access Access to Listing (Vaeh Viean Silom) - 24-hour access to the building and access to the room by keycard - Shared living room and Stone backyard on 1st floor. - Be able to store your stuff in the common area of the property, either under the stairs on the first floor before check-in or after check-out until 6:00 PM only. - Wifi is also available throughout the building. - The washing machine and dryer are free to use. - Coffee and snacks are served for guests, and a hot & cold water filter at the shared kitchenette area for free. Access to the City Approximate travel times (may vary by traffic): - Old Town (Songwat) : 15–20 minutes by car - Siam: 15–30 minutes by car, or around 15 minutes by BTS - One Bangkok: 10–15 minutes by car - Grand Palace: 20–30 minutes by car Travel times may vary depending on the time of day. During your stay If you need help during your stay, please contact via the app. There is a housekeeper there on 10:00 am - 18:00 pm. Other things to note Check-in time is 02:00 pm - 10.00 pm Check-out is 11:00 am - Since our building has a small hallway (with the elevator and stairs close to the rooms), there might be some noise when other guests walk or use the elevator. - Security cameras are on in common spaces such as living areas and in front of elevators for your safety. - No Smoke in a room and a building.
