This is a unique sea front private home with a swimming pool by the beach in Mandrem. It's entirely reserved for a family or group of upto 10 members and has 5 en-suite and air-conditioned bedrooms. It's equipped with all amenities those would enable our guests to have a relaxing laidback vacation by the beach. Its setup in 2200 sqare meters of working coconut plantation and is well staffed and also has a direct and private access to the beach. The space The entire place is spread up in 2200 square meters and has five en-suite and air conditioned bedrooms. All amenities essential to have a comfortable vacation are part of it and a team of 6 which includes a Chef, housekeepers and security staff will ensure that entire group or family is well taken care of. Breakfast will be prepared and served according to your requirement and there is no fixed timings or menu. It's like a home and we organise BBQ and bonfires by the beach and also cater to special occasions. Guest access Entire place is meant for exclusive usage only. Its secured and well staffed. Access to the beach is private.
