Enjoy a comfy & laid-back experience at this centrally located, lakefront home on Lake Chemung in Howell, MI. Our home sits perfectly on a grassy 1/2 acre lot and offers ~100 ft. of direct lake access with a private dock. Bring your boat or rent from the marina that is within walking distance. This home has everything you need for the perfect getaway but is still close to modern conveniences! 10 min drive to Mt. Brighton or downtown Howell. Easy access off I-96. Plenty of activities year-round!! Other things to note We are located off a main road so it can get noisy at times with traffic. We do our best to mitigate the noise with heavy curtains and other methods. Lake Chemung is a fun & busy lake so if you are looking for complete quiet or particularly sensitive to noise, this might not be the right choice for you. If you pull forward into the driveway, you can easily utilize the driveway and adjacent gravel/grass portions to turn around as it can be hard to back out onto the main road.
