Only a 2 minute drive down into the valley and you have access to 3000 feet of private river frontage (shared with two other small vacation homes), the New River Trail (55 mile scenic hiking/biking trail). On the right side of the property, sit down by the river and throw a folding chair in the water as your watch the sunset. On the far left side, enjoy the deep still waters for swimming and fishing. Have a campfire when the sun goes down and if you're with us in the summer, enjoy the light show by the fireflies that light up the 5 acre private waterfront field. Drive to the river/trail access is only a 2 minute drive and if you're active and want a hike, its about a 12 minute walk down. The home itself is stylish and comfortable with modern amenities and a two person bubbler tub perfect for romantic evenings. Enjoy misty mornings with your cup of coffee from the screened in front porch. The property offer a indoor jacuzzi tub within the homes bathroom but not an outdoor hot tub for guest use. 2 Night Minimum 3 Day Holiday Minimum at Peak Rate Check-In 4pm * Check-Out 10am This property is pet friendly (dogs only please).
