Illegal dumping of garbage in the neighborhood Exceeding the number of guests without authorization (number of guests × 15,000 yen × number of nights charged) Damage to, breakage of, or taking away facility equipment (replacement and repair costs will be charged) Pets on the premises Accommodation of high school students or younger only If any of the above behaviors are observed, an additional fee (from 33,000 yen) will be charged.
