Additional Amenities: • Highchair available. • Play corner with board games for young children. • Cozy reading nook. • Laundry equipped with a new washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. In addition to the water play area, the playground has swings, slides, climbing structures, and plenty of open space for children to run around. Parents can relax on nearby benches or enjoy a stroll along the scenic foreshore. For those who love outdoor dining, the playground also offers free BBQ facilities and picnic tables, making it a wonderful spot for a casual meal with family and friends. You can cook up a delicious meal while the kids play nearby, all while enjoying the fresh ocean breeze. The home is also just a 15–20 minute walk to the heart of Bunbury, where you’ll find a great selection of cafes, restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Whether you’re looking to explore the town, unwind by the beach, or let the kids have endless fun at the playground, this home provides the perfect base for a memorable and relaxing stay. Other things to note Important Notes • Bedding: All bed linens, including sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases, are new and of high quality to ensure a clean and comfortable stay. Please keep them clean and in good condition. If the bedding in any room is damaged, heavily stained with oil, or has stains that cannot be removed, a replacement fee of $150 per room will be charged. • Lost Keys & Garage Remote: • If the garage remote is lost, a replacement fee of $200 will be charged. • If the house entry key is lost, a replacement fee of $50 will be charged.
