We are owner-operated, so there is no meeting for keys—just arrive at the cabin! Other things to note * All guests must be 18+ (children with parents are allowed) * QUIET TIME 9:30pm * 10 Guest Maximum * 4 Vehicle Maximum * No Pets. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet. * Wildlife is common in the area - you will likely see and hear critters * Bears are dangerous - proper food storage required * Store all food properly - leaving food out may attract ants and other insects * Mountain living means occasional insects or small critters despite our regular pest treatments. It's part of the authentic Smoky Mountain experience! We do our best to keep the cabin clean and treat for pests regularly. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for encounters with insects or small critters. * The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! * No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 11AM on scheduled departure day, a fee of $50.00 will be charged for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour. * No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other circumstances beyond our control. * Absolutely no fires inside or out except in the designated fire pit. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
