A very comfortable stay to discover. The space The apartment has a square and half bed (1.00 per 1.90 mt) for 1 person, twin size. It has a bathtub, a washing machine, a great fridge for the best meal savings and is very close to one of the best coffee shops of Buenos Aires! Shared pool with neighbours in terrace according to building rules. Guest access The common use spaces are for the neighbours and tenants to use , always with clothes on in the halls. The pool is available for tenants use, respecting the time in the evening 8.30 pm and low sounds. No music in terrace. It's not allowed to make parties or bring alcohol to the pool. Other things to note The pool is for the exclusive use of the guest. No guests are allowed in the building, pool area, or apartment. The building regulations clearly state that the common space of the terrace and pool are shared with the other neighbors of the building, for that reason it is not allowed to bring people, since unfortunately otherwise, there would be no room for everyone.
