Villa Vivaris consists of the main house of 460 sqm with 6 double bedrooms (2 en suite) ,the guest house of 110 sqm with 2 bedrooms and in between the two a private swimming pool of 13m x 6m. This modern, luxurious property is located approx. 1 km from some of the most beautiful Athens Riviera beaches, 20 min drive from the airport and 40 min drive from Athens centre. The property is fully air-conditioned and provides all amenities for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The space Villa Vivaris is an ideal place for a comfortable stay. A 1500sq.m fenced plot of land, comprising of well tended lawns, flower beds, an outdoor dining table and sun loungers around the pool. It offers complete privacy from the outside world! On the ground floor there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the top floor there are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a balcony with a view of the pool and the sea. There are two more bedrooms on the top floor with a shared bathroom. The villa is newly built and very comfortable, furnished and equipped with all new appliances. There are eight air-conditioning units (one in the living room, one in the kitchen and one in each bedroom), high speed Wi-Fi access and satellite TV. There is a washing machine, iron, ironing board and 3 hair dryers. The kitchen includes: stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer and potable water cooler, dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee machine, kettle, juicer and toaster, as well as utensils and everything necessary for cooking. Parking for 2 cars are for your personal use. Guest access The whole villa is available for our guests. Guests may use all house amenities and relax! Other things to note The two houses are available separately. The price for the smaller house per night is EUR 350. As guests of the small house you will have exclusive use of the pool and garden.
