Important: Keep the door closed when not in use. If it goes offline due to misuse, guests will be responsible for a technician call-out fee from Chattanooga. ❄️ Road & Winter Travel Advisory The cabin is located in the mountains and accessed via steep, winding roads. In case of snow or ice, 4WD is REQUIRED. Please plan accordingly. We will not issue refunds for guests who book with us but are not able to access the cabin due to not having 4 wheel drive when it snows or there is ice. 🔧 Construction Notice: There is ongoing construction in the area as cabins are being rebuilt after past wildfires—thank you for your understanding and patience. 🏊‍♂️ Indoor Pool Guidelines -Heated to 82–84°F year-round (do not expect it to feel like a hot tub). The pool room is kept at 80–82°F depending on the season. -These temps are carefully maintained for comfort and system performance—please do not adjust settings. -Pool is serviced every Tuesday by our professional pool company. They may briefly enter if you're not home; let us know if this is an issue. Keeping the pool clean is a top priority. 🔐 Check-In & Security You'll receive a 4-digit keypad code before arrival. Security cameras are located at the front entrance for your safety. Please do not tamper with or unplug it. 🐾 Pets Sorry, no pets allowed at this time. 🐞 Mountain Wildlife & Pest Control We have monthly pest control, but due to our mountain location, occasional bugs or ladybugs may still be seen—especially in certain seasons. This is common across Gatlinburg and not specific to our cabin. 🐻 Bear Safety & Trash: You are in bear country! -Always lock all doors, including car doors—bears can open them! -Never leave food or trash outside. Use the provided bear-proof bins for all garbage. -For safety reasons, there is no outdoor grill on the property, as grills and food scraps attract bears. 📃 Rental Agreement & Security Deposit A rental agreement must be signed by the booking guest.
