This open-concept space flows directly onto the large front terrace, making it perfect for entertaining. - Main Bedroom: Features a comfortable queen-size bed and direct access to the sun-drenched front terrace, offering a bright and airy space to wake up to. - Second Bedroom: Includes a queen-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom for added convenience. This room also has access to a quiet back balcony. -Third Bedroom: Equipped with two single beds, this room is perfectly suited for children or friends. - Outdoor Terrace: Your private front terrace is the star of the show, featuring a 6-person hot tub ideal for outdoor dining or simply soaking up the Maltese sun. Guest access Guests have exclusive and private access to the entire apartment. Make yourself at home and enjoy full use of all areas, including the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, front terrace with jacuzzi, back balcony, and laundry facilities. Entry is via a secure, private entrance. Other things to note To promote responsible energy use, the apartment is equipped with a coin meter for electricity. You will receive a complimentary daily electricity allowance that covers typical usage for all appliances, including air conditioning and the jacuzzi. Should your consumption be exceptionally high, you may need to insert 1 or 2 Euro coins to top up the meter for that day. This system helps us keep our rates competitive while encouraging environmental awareness.
