Welcome to our trendy, freshly refurbished studio in the middle of the iconic Váci street! Everything you want is just at your door - amazing bars, restaurants, cafés, boutiques, shops, sightseeing spots and a fantastic vibe! Our apartment comes fully equipped with everything you might need for a perfect stay! Other things to note HOUSE RULES Please take a few minutes and read our house rules listed below carefully. We know it’s quite a bit of information and some of them are pretty strict but as they say, better safe than sorry! By making a reservation at our home, you have automatically accepted the following conditions: Please treat our beloved apartment as if it were your own and not as a hotel room! Thank you! The apartment is strictly non-smoking (normal cigarettes, e-cigarettes, IQOS, etc.) – in terms of that, you are not allowed to smoke in the apartment under any circumstances, not even with open windows. There are hidden smoke detectors in the flat, monitored by our smart phone app, so we will have evidence if this rule gets violated. Besides smoking, listening to loud music and consumption of any drugs are strictly forbidden in the apartment. Please try to be as quiet as possible in the hallways and common areas of the building so that you don't disturb the residents of the house, mainly after 8 PM. In case receiveing complaints from neighbours or the police, we may cancel your reservation. If this event occurs, you will not be entitled to any refunds or compensations later on - Quiet hours: 8 PM - 8 AM Checkout is until 10 AM - Please make sure leaving the flat in time so that the cleaning team can prepare the apartment for the next guests – Late checkout may be possible but only when it was prearranged and preapproved with us! Thank you for your understanding! Checkin is from 3 PM – Early checkin may be possible but only when it was prearranged and preapproved with us! The apartment has a 100% self checkin/checkout system. We don’t live on-site, but we will make sure helping you as quickly as possible in case of an emergency situation! You may request daily cleaning and extra towels during your stay, which would be charged as an extra cost. For more info, please get in touch! The apartment is not serviced during your stay and you are responsible for keeping the flat in the same condition as it had been upon your arrival. Pets are not alllowed!
