The space The house consists of: 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, utensils) and 7 bedrooms in total. Guest access You can access the bathroom and kitchen, which are the main common areas. You will have hot water at all times and high-speed, quality internet for all your connectivity needs. Other things to note • The guest must at all times maintain respectful and considerate behavior towards other guests and neighbors, and try to keep the volume of their conversations, TVs and music moderate so as not to disturb others. Quiet hours are between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. • Smoking or use of e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the home or the rooms. There is a significant room recovery fee for guests who fail to meet the cost of restoring the property to a smoke-free condition. • No use of any drugs, narcotic or hallucinogenic substances. • Guests accompanied by minors must watch over them at all times and should never be left unattended. The guest will be responsible throughout their stay for any accidents that the minor may suffer inside the house. • Parties and/or celebrations are prohibited. • No animal entry or possession on the floor and/or room. • The customer assumes full responsibility for the conduct of their visits. • Trash must be placed in the planned places and means. • Each guest will be responsible for cleaning and/or scrubbing the items and crockery used. • Special care should be taken in bathroom and kitchen swallows not to throw objects or substances that may obstruct, damage or in any way render them useless. • No tenant may make exclusive resources and/or means for common use or keep them in their room. The clothesline, means for the ironing of clothes and for cleaning, once used must be available for the rest of the guests. • Personal belongings of any value should never be left unattended. The landlord accepts no liability for the loss of or theft of jewellery, money, food, documents, or other valuables of any kind. Respect and tolerance should be the keys to a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests.
