Nice apartment located a short walk from the center of Udine and the Santa Maria della Misericordia hospital, on a private street well served by buses (line 1) that connect the house directly to the historic center and the Udine station. The center of Udine is also easily accessible on foot through a pleasant walk along the canal. Within walking distance of the apartment you can find several cafes, some supermarkets, three restaurants and the local pharmacy. The space The apartment is located inside a large house and consists of a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen equipped with an induction stove. A television, wifi, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, hairdryer and a coffee machine with pods are available for our guests (the apartment does not have a washing machine). Inside the property there is an air conditioning system and a small pellet stove. The apartment features a private parking space. The Santa Maria della Misericordia hospital is just a 3-minute walk from the house and a few kilometers from the apartment is located the Friuli Stadium and the Città Fiera shopping center. Other things to note The apartment is in a residential building: the owners live on the upper floor.
