As you step outside, you'll be greeted by an inviting fire pit set against the backdrop of a stunning evening sky—ideal for cozy nights under the stars. The lush garden and beautifully designed outdoor spaces, complete with tropical plants and wooden furniture, add a serene and relaxing vibe. Inside, the open-plan layout with a fully equipped kitchen blends contemporary style with rustic elements, featuring exposed brick walls and wooden beams. The dining area is perfect for gatherings, with plenty of natural light flooding in from large glass doors that open to the pool. Whether you're lounging by the pool, dining al fresco, or unwinding by the fire pit, this villa provides the ultimate comfort and luxury for your Bali getaway. Additional Notes : Please be aware that the property is located in a residential area, so guests may occasionally experience minor disturbances from neighbors, animals, or other surroundings during their stay. There is ongoing construction nearby, which may cause some noise during the day. Work is scheduled to finish no later than 5:00 PM. Guest access The entire Villa is private and full access is provided. Parking is possible for motorbikes or scooter but there is no car park space right in front. Cars are invited to park somewhere else where space is available. Other things to note "Please note that there is construction around the property, which may generate noise during the daytime." For short stay (less than 28 nights) we do include : - Electricity - Wifi - Cleaning every second day - Change bed sheets and towels on request (up to twice a week) - Drinkable water - Soap and shampoo - Gas for cooking - Pool and garden maintenance - Engineering on call service For stay of 28 nights or longer, there is a special discount automatically applied. HOUSE RULES - Check-in/out: Check-in is at 2 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. If you arrive early or need a late departure, feel free to drop off your luggage between 9 AM and 3 PM – our team will be more than happy to assist you! - Occupancy: Our cozy spaces accommodate 2 people for a one-bedroom unit, 4 people for a two-bedroom unit, and 6 people for a three-bedroom unit. Extra person will be required an extra bed with an additional charge of IDR 500.000 net per night - Security Deposit: We kindly request a refundable security of IDR 1.000.000 deposit before your stay to cover any potential damages. You'll get this back on your check-out date. - Pets and Durian: As much as we love pets and durians, our property isn’t suitable for them. IDR 1.000.000 will be charged for any violation. Thank you for understanding! - Quiet Hours: To keep the peace, please keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM. - Prohibited Items: We have a strict no-drug policy. - No Smoking: Our property is smoke-free. A deep cleaning fee of IDR 1 million will be charged for any violations. - No Parties/Events: We kindly ask that you don’t host parties or events. - Electricity: For stays under 28 nights, electricity is included. For longer stays, electricity is not included. Please contact our team for top-up assistance. - Belongings: Please use the safety box for your valuables. We’re not responsible for any missing items, so better safe than sorry! - Children Policy: Children aged under 12 years who share a bed with their parents stay free of charge. For children 12 years old above will be required to book an extra bed prior in advance. - Cultural Respect and Conduct Guests are expected to respect Balinese culture and customs. This includes dressing appropriately in public areas (no nudity) and behaving in a respectful and considerate manner towards others. Any incidents of harassment or criminal behavior will be handled in accordance with Indonesian law.
