Woodland Bunkhouse - Cedar Room

Night Owl Landing is a 122 acre resort w/ 5 mi. of beautiful trails to hike and bike on. The Woodland Bunkhouse is on 2nd floor (stairs only) and is also home to the Silver Creek Lounge (you have full access) and our bike shop Night Owl Cycling. Your private room features a queen bed and large mirror; shared bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet, and waterfall shower w/ hand held sprayer. Shared rec room has coffee/tea cart & lots of seating. Noise does travel between rooms. 4 rms available to rent! The space The Woodland Bunkhouse is on the 2nd floor of the shop. Stairs only. Entry & exit is through the Silver Creek Lounge on the ground floor. The Bunkhouse has 4 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The toilet (with lock) and shower (with lock) are separate spaces in the bathroom. The area with sinks for washing or fresh water is not locked. The Bunkhouse has a shared rec room with sofas, chairs, coffee tables, coffee/tea cart (complementary), and full size shuffleboard. All Bunkhouse guests have 24/7 access to the Silver Creek Lounge on the ground floor. The Lounge has a stage (with musical instruments), multiple sofas and chairs, countertops, running water, refrigerator (that you may keep your food in) w/ freezer, microwave, coffee pot, electric kettle, glasses, dishes, utensils, 10 person live-edge table, and tv. There's a propane BBQ grill outside with grilling utensils. Night Owl Landing is a 122 acre property with 5+ miles of trails for biking and hiking with two ponds. You have full access to our trail system. Guest access Guests have access to the Bunkhouse, the Silver Creek Lounge, the Clover Meadow, the Lighted Courtyard, and the 5 mile trail system. The owners' office and storage space (down the hall from the rec room), home (across the courtyard) are private. Night Owl Cycling bike shop is open/available upon request or during shop hours. Other things to note No pets are allowed on the property. No guns. If you own/bring a gun it needs to remain in your locked vehicle the entire time. No smoking in any building. No smoking on the trails. Our property has a gate. It opens at 8 am and closes at 10 pm. Exceptions can be made, but must be cleared in advance so owners can do rock/paper/scissors to determine who is getting up early or staying up late to open/close the gate :)
