There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. In a recent renovation, we expanded the balconies and installed an elevator. It has split air conditioning (in the 2 bedrooms), fast internet, 32" smart TV. Well-equipped kitchen integrated with the living room and balcony with barbecue grill. Parking for one car. We provide bed linens, towels, sun umbrellas and beach chairs. The space The building is undergoing constant improvements, seeking greater safety and comfort for guests. This winter, the news is that we have expanded the balconies, installed an elevator and an accessible bathroom on the ground floor. In previous years, the entire electrical network was replaced. The structural part and the sewage network were reviewed. We also opened another electronic gate to make parking easier. We installed split air-conditioning in the double and single rooms, and bought new refrigerators and microwaves. In the second bedroom, we put 2 new single box beds that can be joined together to form a double bed. The bed linen is 100% cotton, 180 threads, in white, as are the towels. We provide an additional change of clothes if your stay is longer than a week. The kitchen utensils are class "A" and you will find everything you need to cook during your stay. We offer a private hobby-box with a sun umbrella and two beach chairs Guest access The building is really on the sand, the view is wonderful without any obstacles. Access to the beach is through a gate that is locked at night for added security. It has a beautiful patio by the sea with a barbecue and a kiosk for common use.
