We are not responsible for guests who are unable to enter the community because they did not provide their names in advance and left it until the day of check-in. PARKING: Free parking. 4 Cars in front of the house. Commercial  vehicles, trailers, and RVs are not allowed at Storey Lake. Street parking is not permitted. Cars parked in restricted areas may be towed at the owner's expense. COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS: WELCOME KIT: Upon arrival, the house will have the following complimentary items: Bathrooms: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap, and 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom. Kitchen: 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher detergent packets, and 1 roll of paper towels. Laundry: 2 laundry detergent packets. Washcloths are not provided for hygiene reasons. For stays longer than 2 days, we recommend a trip to Walmart to purchase additional supplies. SMOKING / VAPING: Smoking or vaping inside or around the house, including balconies, is strictly prohibited. A minimum fee of $400 will be charged if smoking is detected. PARTIES: Parties are strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by Best Price Vacation Homes. Unauthorized events will result in a $1,500 fine and immediate termination of the rental agreement. PET POLICY: Pets are NOT allowed. A non-refundable fee of $500 per pet will be charged for unauthorized animals, along with any damage costs. CLEANING SERVICE: No daily cleaning service is included in the rental fee. Before check-in, the unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean linens and towels will be provided. Mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee. RESERVATIONS OVER 28 DAYS – For stays longer than 28 days, the guest will be required to pay for an additional cleaning service, which will be performed after 15 days of stay to ensure the property's upkeep. GAS GRILL USAGE: The BBQ grill usage fee is $85.00 per stay, covering post-checkout cleaning and propane refill. If the propane tank provided in the house runs out, it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase an additional refill during their stay if they wish to continue using the barbecue grill. . TRASH DISPOSAL: Please dispose of trash daily in designated containers to maintain cleanliness. Excessive trash in the house (bags, boxes, etc.) can generate a fine of up to 200.00 after your checkout, cleaners are not obliged to throw them away. FURNITURE & DECORATIONS: Do not remove or relocate furniture and decorations without prior approval, as this may result in a fine. PERSONAL BELONGINGS: We are not responsible for lost or left-behind items. Please check carefully before departure. ONLINE PURCHASES: We are not responsible for any issues with online orders delivered to the property. USPS does NOT deliver to vacation homes—packages will be returned to the sender. Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx deliver to vacation homes. Some resorts may charge fees for receiving packages, and others may not accept deliveries. 🔥 POOL HEATING ( OPTIONAL): Cost: US$ 45.00 per day. Minimum: 3 consecutive days. Temperature: Will not exceed 90°F. Request: Must be made at least 48 hours in advance. The attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It can only be heated together with the entire pool, and both will have the same temperature. • It does not have jets. The pool heater operates through HEAT EXCHANGE and DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY IN COLD WEATHER. If the guest chooses to heat the pool during cold conditions, the water may take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature. If the outside temperature is below 42°F, the pool may not reach the desired temperature, and no refunds will be issued. The pool heater pumps are equipped with a safety system that prevents overheating when the equipment is overworked during very cold weather. In these cases, the system may automatically shut off briefly until normal operation is restored. * Please note that this service is optional and may not be available at certain times. CAMERAS -Our houses have exterior cameras located at the front near the entrance door, on the sides, and at the back of the property, positioned beyond the pool screen and facing the outside area.
