Our charming three-bedroom, newly renovated cottage is nestled within the private grounds of our gated residence, The Old Vicarage. The Coach House offers complete privacy located just 7 minutes from Junction 11 of the M4 and 20 minutes from Junction 5 on the M3. Ideal for groom/guests attending weddings at nearby venues Trunkwell House Hotel (same village), The Mill House in Swallowfield (5 minutes), Heckfield Place, Highfield Park, Wokefield Park and Wellington Arms Hotel (each 10 minutes). The space The property is within the gated grounds of our own house, The Old Vicarage. A gate code will be provided before arrival to ensure easy access to the property. There are two signposted allocated car parking spaces to the right of the main house, a few steps away from The Coach House. Property comprises of: Entrance hall with coat and shoe storage. Spacious fully equipped kitchen dishwasher, fridge, freezer, double oven and electric hob . Large sitting room with a dining table, accommodating six guests, broadband sky TV with Netflix . Downstairs WC and utility room . Three bedrooms , one double (with small double bed), one twin room (two single beds) and one single. Please note there is a door to the hallway for each bedroom but also a connecting door between the double and the single room. Two bathrooms with showers , one en-suite to the bedroom with two single beds. Private patio with table and chairs . Fully enclosed back garden . Highchair and travel cot available. 100% Cotton bed linen provided. Towels provided. I’m afraid no hen or stag groups. No groups of workmen.
