The space The house is on a quiet street in a characteristic residential neighbourhood in the heart of old Dublin. On the ground floor, which has underfloor heating throughout, you’ll find an open-plan living /dining/ kitchen area that opens to a small courtyard at the rear. The separate study is perfect for working from home, and can be closed off from the main space by sliding door. It has a fold-out sofa bed for one person. Upstairs, the main bedroom overlooks one of the historic churches of the area, and offers a quiet and comfortable retreat, while the bathroom is bright and spacious. There is a laundry cupboard in the bathroom with washing machine, drying rail and iron. High-speed broadband, a washing machine, dishwasher, and air fryer are all included for your convenience.
