Fortaleza Metropolitan Region

Located at Km 4 of BR 222, the BR being an extension of Av Mister Hull and Av Bezerra Menezes, one of the main commercial corridors in the city. The BR 222 is a mandatory access road to downtown Fortaleza, and also provides access to the beaches. The space I have a fully renovated apartment, located on a quiet street, close to a supermarket, with combined living and dining rooms, an American kitchen with all household utensils and fully furnished. Two bedrooms, one double and one single. There are ceiling fans in all rooms, plus a table fan. It also has broadband wi-fi internet, comfortably accommodating 3 people. The apartment has a washer and dryer. The apartment is very well located, just 30 minutes from downtown Fortaleza, 4 km from the Pici Campus and very close to the most beautiful beaches on the west coast, and also on the way to the beaches of Ceará. It is also located 10 minutes from malls, banks, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and stores. Next to the condominium there is a supermarket. There is public transportation nearby. The apartment is close to the Antonio Bezerra Bus Station, the starting point for the beautiful beaches of Icaraí, Cumbuco, Tabuba, Pecém, Taíba, Lagoinha, Camocim, Mundaú, Flecheiras and the famous Jericoacoara. The bus lines to these beaches pass on the street in front of the apartment. Simple and well-behaved people will be welcome.
