The space Encanto is a private and enchanting gated boutique community of 9 villas with shared lush outdoor space that includes a pool, loungers, 2 BBQs, picnic tables, a covered poolside gazebo, and even a playground. Your villa has 2 bedrooms with king beds and one bathroom and is perfectly suited for up to 4 people. The villa includes a large, fully stocked kitchen with brand-new appliances (including a coffee machine, rice cooker, blender, toaster and dishwasher). Enjoy air conditioning in every room, smart TV, high-speed fiber optic internet, and a private outdoor seating area, surrounded by your own private lush garden. At night, you will find serenity in the beautifully lit trees that surround the property and the alluring poolside lighting. Encanto is a community, that is conveniently located off the main road, making it accessible to supermarkets and stores by foot, yet a quick ride to the most popular beaches in the area. 8 min drive from Tamarindo, 18 minutes to Playa Grande, 20 minutes to Playa Avellanas. Extra cleaning of your villa during your stay is available upon request. We also offer the option of renting several villas to one party, villas with two queen beds (instead of queen and bunk beds), and booking the Encanto community for private events and gatherings. Please note that we do not allow pets. We offer access to laundry machines in the common areas for a flat fee of $25, as well as options of additional cleanings and towel and bedsheet change services. Please note there is only one parking space per unit. Please note that during peak travel seasons and due to increased tourism and ongoing construction in the Tamarindo area, this may impact noise levels and at times traffic may be heavier than usual.
