The flat is located on "Ömer Hayyam Caddesi" in Beyoğlu. The street itself is not fancy or touristic — it’s lined with local shops and residences, and it stays lively even after midnight. However, the flat is just 300 meters from the heart of Istanbul, Istiklal Street. In just a few minutes, you can walk to many popular tourist attractions, cafés, restaurants, markets, and more. You can walk to the Taksim square in 15 minutes, Galata Tower in 19 minutes, Karaköy pier in 27 min (1.8 km) The space This flat is a reverse duplex. The living room and dining area are located on the entrance/ground floor. The bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom are located on the basement floor, as you can see in the pictures. You need to descend 11 steps to reach the basement floor; there is no elevator available. The basement floor is equipped with a washing machine, a mini fridge, a hair dryer, a kettle and an AC. There is no dishwasher. Other things to note *Street noise and traffic sounds may be audible due to the lively and diverse nature of the cosmopolitan area, even after midnight. *I provide one large and one small towel at check-in for each guest. After that, an additional bed linen and towel set is €20. An additional towel set only is €10, and an additional bed linen set only is €10. *The additional cleaning fee is $25. Let us know 2 days ago if you would like additional cleaning during your stay. *There is an extra guest fee, if you will stay with 2 guests, do not forget to add the 2nd guest to the res. *We need a copy of your ID to comply with local municipality regulations. * Kindly refrain from adjusting the temperature and combi boiler settings. Because the combi boiler can be damaged if an inexperienced person attempts to change the settings. If you have any questions or concerns, please consult with me first. *Kindly refrain from wearing shoes in the flat due to hygiene reasons. Feel free to bring your slippers for indoor use, as complimentary slippers are not provided in this listing. *There is a central heating system for the entire building, with its central unit located in this flat near the entrance door.
