The living room is completed with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. Kitchen is fully equipped including a washing machine that you can use for free. The bath is fully equipped with a warm water boiler,a shower and a bidet. The entrance of the house is decorated with coulored patio decorated with herbs and ornamental flowers. The space in front of the flat is equipped with a private BBQ. On the backside you can find the diamond of the flat: a wonderful balcony with magical SEA VIEW, with the table to enjoy your meals, aperitifs or after dinner and a confortable sofa....where you can easily forget the external world.
