The space Welcome to our updated 1950s cabin, where vintage charm meets modern comfort. The bright, airy interior is filled with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for your stay. Enjoy stunning, year-round lake access and make lasting memories. Living & Sunroom: The heart of the cabin is the sunroom, featuring expansive lake views, a cozy gas fireplace, and a large couch perfect for relaxing. The main living room offers additional seating, a 42” Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace for those needing to connect. Kitchen & Dining: The fully stocked kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, complete with a large modern island, electric stove, refrigerator, and microwave. We provide pots, pans, dishes, a drip coffee machine, a French press, and an electric kettle. Bedrooms & Bath: Rest easy in our two comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a Queen memory foam bed, a 32” Smart TV, and a desk. The second bedroom features a Queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower and is stocked with fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Outdoor Living: Step outside to your private waterfront paradise. Enjoy evenings on the patio around the gas fire table, or gather by the wood-burning chimenea in the backyard. In the summer, a dock and two kayaks are available for you to explore the lake. Feel free to bring your own boat (BYOB) to take full advantage of the lake! The Neighborhood: The cabin is perfectly situated in the charming Chisago Lakes area, offering a true 'away from it all' feeling while remaining conveniently close to home. For outdoor enthusiasts, both Interstate State Park and Wild River State Park are just a 15-minute drive away, offering fantastic hiking and scenery. Getting Around: The property is easily accessible by car. It's a scenic 50-minute drive from the Minneapolis/St. Paul (MSP) International Airport, making it an easy trip from the cities. HOUSE RULES: To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules: -Please respect the peace and privacy of our neighbors. -Only guests confirmed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time. -Parties are not prohibited -Parking in driveway only -Quiet Hours are 10 pm to 8 am -No smoking of any kind is permitted in the cabin Laundry: The washer and dryer, located in the primary bedroom closet, are available for guests on weekly (7+ night) stays. Cabin Systems: Our cabin has been lovingly updated, but it retains some of its 1950s character. Please let us know if you have any questions about the baseboard heat, septic system, or well water. Starter Supplies: We provide a starter pack of paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper, which is typically sufficient for a 3-day stay. Guest access Enjoy full access to our single-story cabin, complete with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, bathroom, living room & sunroom. We have a spacious yard, backyard patio, and steps down to the lakeshore. In warm months, we have our dock in the lake. BYOB - Bring Your Own Boat. Other things to note LAUNDRY + CLEANING - Towels are provided for guest use. -Washer and dryer in main bedroom closet, for weekly renters - Rags, cleaning supplies, vacuum, mop and broom -We provide a starter pack of paper towels, garbage bags and toilet paper (which typically is plenty for a 3 day stay!)
