Welcome to our stunning 7-bedroom beachfront home (with a mix of king, queen and single beds) designed to accommodate up to 19 guests in comfort and style. Perfect for large families, groups of friends, or special celebrations, this spacious retreat offers breathtaking ocean views, multiple relaxation spaces indoors and out, and plenty of room to unwind and reconnect with loved ones. The space Description of bedroom layouts is below, along with information on - Weddings - Corporate retreats - Wellness/yoga retreats - Golf trips THE HOME This stunning home is highly versatile with loads of living space indoors (three living rooms, including the library) and many outdoor areas fronting onto the sand dunes, with private access to the beach. Room setups are very flexible. The home is ideal for small or large family gatherings, corporate retreats, weddings, golf weekends or equally works for an intimate couples weekend away ❤️. The dining table seats eight, and there’s a second table that seats six. Water heaters throughout the house keep it toasty warm in winter, and ceiling fans and the ocean breeze keep it cool in summer. West-facing, the sunsets are simply spectacular. There’s loads of seating outside, including a romantic spot on the edge of the sandhills. It catches my breath every time I visit. The property has onsite parking for half a dozen cars (including a two car garage), or a couple of campervans, and kids and adults bikes can be arranged on request. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1 (downstairs master) has a King bed, its own bathroom, a large wardrobe, dresser, and expansive beach and ocean views. Bedroom 2 (downstairs) has a Queen bed. Bedroom 3 (middle level) has a Queen bed and desk. It shares an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4 (middle level) has a Super King bed which can be converted to up to four singles. It shares an ensuite bathroom, and has some ocean views. Bedroom 5 (middle level) has a Super King bed which can be converted to two singles. It has expansive (and breathtaking) beach & ocean views. Bedroom 6 (top level) has a Queen bed, wardrobe, expansive beach & ocean views, and a bathroom right outside. Bedroom 7 has three single beds, expansive ocean views, and a bathroom right outside. Additional single beds can be moved from other rooms. It could have up to six singles Come stay! WEDDINGS The property could host 50+ guests, inside or out. The sand dunes and beach provide a spectacular backdrop for both the wedding, and photos. We can arrange a Marriage Celebrant and catering. CORPORATE RETREATS With seven generously-sized bedrooms, three large indoor living areas, a massive dining table, 65 inch Smart TV, BBQ, several outdoor areas, and numerous restaurants, cafes and shops just 5 minutes walk (or 2 minutes by car), “Sandwalk” is a location your team will never forget. Catering can be arranged on request. WELLNESS/YOGA RETREATS The sound of waves, the views of the ocean and Kapiti Island, the gliding seabirds, the stunning sunsets…this is the ideal location for your next retreat. A flat and private front lawn beside the sand dunes provides the perfect location for movement, or reflection. Should the weather be inclement, there is ample space to move things inside. If you wish to organise things yourself, we can connect you with an expert yoga or fitness instructor, and can arrange catering. GOLF TRIPS With the world-class Paraparaumu Links course (rated in the top 100 in the world) just two minutes away, and half a dozen courses within 30-minute drives, this is the perfect location for your boys, girls or mixed golfing escape. After a day on the course, unwind with a BBQ on the deck overlooking the sea, and chill watching the sun drop below the horizon. We can arrange catering on request.
