ABSOLUTE BEACHFRONT cottage on the very best part of Paraparaumu Beach. Located on popular Manly Street, only one minute to Paraparumu Beach township, children's park and the famous Paraparumu Golf Club. Also only 45 minutes from Wellington. This cottage is very sheltered and in an idyllic and very private setting, yet you can walk right from the lawn onto the beach. Uninterrrupted views of Paraparaumu Beach and Kapiti Island, a georgeous place to unwind in utter tranquility. The space This is the ultimate kiwi bach, comfortable yet retaining all the character of a kiwi bach. Relax in the hammock chairs on the deck, soak up the sun, watch the birds and occasional rabbit with the beach and sea right there. Amazing sunsets make the evenings very special. The bach is a short walk from Paraparaumu Beach Township. It is situated on the absolute beach front with panoramic views of the beach and Kapiti Island. Manly Street is the prime street in Paraparaumu Beach, and the bach is situated in the best part of the street, i.e. close to town and uninterrupted views! There is a large lawn area behind the bach and another lawn on the sea side of the bach, with a sheltered deck. It is a lovely area facing the beach, sheltered and private. You can swing in two hammock chairs on the deck facing the beach, watching the sun set over Kapiti Island and the last light on the beach shows the outline of the South Island. It is really paradise on a nice day! The bach comprises 2 bedrooms, with a modern kitchen opening to the lounge/dining area. The interior is furnished at a comfortable standard, Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided as well as final cleaning. Lounge/Dining: Fully furnished, there is a radio/CD/mp3 player and TV, 1 divan (sleeps one), couch (pulls out to double bed), table and chairs for 5. Also unlimited fibre internet. Kitchen: Modern kitchen, large modern fridge, large electric stove and oven, microwave, toaster, etc Bathroom/Laundry: Modern with shower, and there is a washing machine provided. Bedroom 1: Has a queen bed, duvets provided, plus sea view Bedroom 2: Has 2 single beds, duvets provided. Deck: Concrete deck faces the sea. Outdoor furniture, hammock chairs and gas barbecue provided. Parking: There is plenty of off-street parking on the rear lawn. Note: we have just renewed the kitchen, all brand new, and painted the exterior. It will look a bit different from the photos but only better. Photos to follow shortly Guest access You can use the entire house and section. There is a ramp up to the front door, very easy access. There is ample parking. The house is some distance from the street. You can sit on the covered deck, watch the children play on the lawn in front, see the sunsets in the distance over Kapiti Island.
