Located in the Heart of Seminyak's on JL Mertanadi, within walking distance of popular eateries, shopping districts and a 5-min bike ride to the beach. You can expect regular housekeeping, scheduled towel & linen changes, Wi-Fi, bathroom & kitchen amenities. The space The entire villa and pool will be private for you and your group. The bedrooms feature spacious king size beds, smart TVs, safety boxes, en-suite bathrooms that are equipped with various bathroom amenities for your stay. All bedrooms have a pool-view. The middle master bedroom's bathroom is slightly more spacious and the wardrobe features a walk-in style. The Villa has a comfy indoor living space upstairs with AC and ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen and dining equipment, the living area, seating space and smart TV. Guest access The Villa has a free private Parking area. It is comfortable enough to fit 1 car and multiple motor bikes. Please note that this parking area is shared with 2 other neighbours so it is subject to availability and please mind your parking. I suggest informing us in advance if you plan on bringing a vehicle. The villa's housekeeping and caretakers will come in daily 5 times a week. We also have a gardener and poolman that comes in 3 times a week. Other things to note Please consider that we have a lot of garden space at the villa so you may encounter the occasional insects. We remind you to keep calm and inform the staff in case of any unwanted visitors and we will assist you as best we can. For monthly and long-term bookings, electricity is at your own charge. Extra bed is available at Rp 300,000.- per night. We also offer some baby-services such as pool fences, strollers, babysitter recommendations, and more at an additional cost. Strictly No Smoking indoors. Penalty fine of $200 USD per affected rooms. No pets. No Parties. Maximum 6 guests without prior approval.
