The home is located in a guarded community on the hill that overlooks the Pacific Ocean. We are on a dead end road with jungle preserves on either side of the house and views of the main beach surf break. Very quiet and lots of animals visit the home - monkeys in the trees and pisotes, racoons, possums on the ground. Very quiet and just 5 minutes to the beach. The space New open floor plan home with high end furnishings with saltwater pool, 5 person jacuzzi, mosquito control system, large covered deck with outdoor kitchen and custom made furniture. We also have a full outdoor gym and two car covered garage. THIS IS NOT YOUR NORMAL RENTAL Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Other things to note Many activities to keep you busy: surfing, paddle boarding, horse back riding on the beach, waterfalls, ATV tours in the jungle, yoga, sport fishing, and mountain biking.
