This is a Shared Home. This listing is for 3 private rooms in a 7 bedroom guest house. They are 3 private rooms with private bathrooms in each room. The beds in these rooms are 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 queen bed for one or two people per room. You will have access to all the common areas of the house which include the kitchen, dinning room, living-room, three outdoor seating areas, as well as the roof-top patio. The space The house was built not too long ago. I originally designed it so my kids and grandkids could have a place to stay when they came to visit. Well, they don't visit as much as I would like so their rooms are up for grabs. lol The kitchen is a FULL kitchen equipped with everything you'll need. It is up to you to clean up after yourself if you use it. The dinning, and living-room area is available for you to use as well. There are 3 outside seating areas. One on the first floor, and two on the second floor that are available for you to use when ever you would like. Last, there is the roof top deck that is under construction, but still available for you to enjoy while you stay here. During your stay I live on the property in one of the rooms, and am available throughout the week to help you with anything you may need. I am available for airport pickup & dropoff during the weekdays, and can get you in contact with someone to help you for when I am not available. I can help you find transportation and tours in Antigua or around Guatemala if you would like. Other things to note I'm very flexible with check-ins. If you need to arrive at a specific time please let me know and we can work it out.
