Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are located in a safe Zionsville neighborhood with very close proximity to Indianapolis. We have everything you’ll need for your whole family on site! Leave your baby/child gear at home! We have a hot tub and pond access. We have a dock and lots of outdoor space to play! We have two kitchens, a full kitchen upstairs and one in the basement as well. They both feature full size fridge/freezer, stovetop, oven The space We have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms Primary bedroom features a king size bed with en-suite bathroom with shower and soaker tub. 2nd bedroom on main floor features a full size lofted bed with floor space and shares a bathroom with tub/shower combo with 3rd bedroom. 3rd bedroom features a twin over full size bunk beds. 4th bedroom in the basement features a queen size and there’s a full bathroom with shower that has body sprays in close proximity. Guest access The primary bedroom closet is not for guest use. There is a dresser in primary room for guest use. If closet space is needed for hanging items will need to discuss at time of booking. There’s closet space in the basement closet and kids closets can be cleaned out for longer stay use as long as this is planned for and discussed at time of booking. There’s closet space in the basement bedroom. The whole house otherwise is available for use excluding garage and unfinished storage space in basement. Other things to note Our pricing is fairly firm.
