The space The house has two comfortable double bedrooms with their mattresses, a large kitchen equipped with every appliance and utensil also equipped with an internal table for dining, a comfortable living room overlooking the pool with a double sofa bed and a reclining relaxation armchair, a bathroom in typical Sardinian colors furnished with Sardinian ceramics, a generous private swimming pool of mt. 8x4, with external hot shower, sunbeds and umbrellas, table and armchairs to enjoy excellent dishes by the pool. The house is totally gas free, equipped with air conditioning, hot water with solar and electric storage, induction hob, washing machine and dishwasher. Each room is equipped with a 55-inch TV and satellite channels. The price includes daily maintenance and cleaning of the swimming pool. Boat excursions can be organized and booked to visit the beautiful coasts and coves of Sardinia, including the beautiful island of Tavolara.
