Cozy Casita

Cozy, quiet studio just outside Price right off Highway 6. An ideal stop on your way to Moab, trip to the swell, or stay in Price to catch a USU Eastern event. Relax in a comfy king bed after a day of adventure, with a kitchenette, private heating and cooling, tankless water heater, and more all in a space designed for travelers. The space Our casita is attached to our home, it’s in our basement, but has its own private entrance. We provide a Keurig coffee maker and an assortment of pods, sweeteners, and creamers. All of the cleaning and laundry for the Casita is done with non toxic products. The room has an independent heating/cooling system so you can adjust the temperature to your preference. We have the guest limit set to 2 as there is only one bed. But kids are welcome! Feel free to bring pack and plays, cots, or blankets for kids. There is a set of covered concrete stairs you will have to walk down to access the casita. Keep that in mind if stairs are an issue for any reason. Guest access Guests have a separate driveway access to the space where they can park. We can easily accommodate two vehicles. Upon request, we can provide parking for larger vehicles or trailers as well. There is a small sitting area for guests outside of the room where you can watch the sunrise or get some fresh air.
