Cozy Casita

Welcome to our cozy studio apartment located in a quiet, safe area in Price, Utah. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families. It features a comfy king bed, a bathroom, a closet space, and a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. We are located in close proximity to lots of popular hiking, biking, and fishing areas. We are also very close to town! Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or just looking for a bed to sleep in, we look forward to hosting you! The space Our casita is attached to our home, it’s in our basement, but has its own private entrance. We provide a Keurig coffee maker and an assortment of pods, sweeteners, and creamers. All of the cleaning and laundry for the Casita is done with non toxic products. The room has an independent heating/cooling system so you can adjust the temperature to your preference. We have the guest limit set to 2 as there is only one bed. But kids are welcome! Feel free to bring pack and plays, cots, or blankets for kids. There is a set of covered concrete stairs you will have to walk down to access the casita. Keep that in mind if stairs are an issue for any reason. Guest access Guests have a separate driveway access to the space where they can park. We can easily accommodate two vehicles. Upon request, we can provide parking for larger vehicles or trailers as well. There is a small sitting area for guests outside of the room where you can watch the sunrise or get some fresh air.
